Every London Borough Already Has Lower Traffic Areas Where Children Can Play In Safety, In Cleaner Air...

Every London borough already has Low Traffic areas, where children can play without fear from traffic,

where children can play in cleaner air..........They are called parks and recreation centres.

If they need more space to play safely, then school playgrounds could be converted and opened up for everyone to use in daylight hours.

Councils could also creat a small number of jobs for attendants to supervise playgrounds (keeping children safe and keeping potential predators out)....would probably work out a lot cheaper than the cost of implementing restrictions to traffic... plus they wouldn’t have to remove payed for parking or permit parking.

High streets and busy main roads would move more freely, bus journeys would improve and emergency vehicles would not be held up, putting peoples lives in danger

Air quality would improve as studies have shown moving traffic create less toxic pollution than gridlocked traffic.

The trouble is.....they wouldn’t be raking in millions in fines from enforcement cameras and let’s be honest here....this is what it’s all about.

It’s not about safety, it’s not about safer play ares, quieter streets, low traffic or cleaner air...it’s about money!

ITS ALWAYS BEEN ABOUT THE MONEY.

It can be pointed out many times over, to the imbeciles who instigate all these road closures, the damage they are doing. However, they know the real reason why it's being done and cloak their actions under the premise of child safety. Basically, how much income can be made from a safe environment for children (that is already in situ) as opposed to the income derived from road restrictions. It is without doubt all about the £$&$&$. The trouble is the orders are not only coming from those in charge of running London but allegedly in conjunction with the main man (a loose term) himself! (Apparently, the cretins have now closed Wilfred st off Buckingham Gate - so ending the alternative route to victoria & on, from Storeys Gate - absolute morons!)

Also, if the present incumbent running London is to be voted in again (very likely), then the next term must indeed be for 3 years only🤔? Particularly, as an election should've been held last year. Consequently, this character has already had a year extra due to Covid.
Otherwise, surely it's an extra unelected year by default? Although, if a different person was to win it would be academic (it does seem unlikely though, that any other would win. Especially, as the nearest to him seems to possess the ability & nous of a single brain cell).
