David Kurten Writes To The Mayor To Ask Are The Mass Demos Planned For This Weekend Illegal

I have written to London Mayor Sadiq Khan, asking whether the planned Antifa / Black Lives Matter protests planned for this weekend in London, are illegal or not under the coronavirus regulations. 

I am hoping for a clear answer.
