The UTAG team yesterday served papers to all parties in the forthcoming action.
The Judicial Review is now a sealed court order.

Last week the intention to lodge a Judicial Review was put into HIgh Court.
Yesterday all parties;
• Westminster Magistrates;
• TfL
• Uber lawyers Hogan Lovell
have been served with the legal documents and the Judicial Review is now a Sealed Court Order.
